Meet Our Product Specialist: Megan

Hi, my name is Megan, and I am a Sales Representative at Luxe Du Jour. I wanted to introduce myself to both new and existing Luxe Du Jour Clients. I work out of the head office here in Calgary, Alberta.

My personal favorite brands are Hermès, Chanel, Celine, Christian Dior, and Chloé. In terms of products, I specialize in Hermès, Chanel and Celine, so I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about these brands.

Now, here are FIVE more things to know about me:

1. I am an Administration Assistant turned Sales Representative

I got my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration a long time ago; I was certain that being an administration assistant is what I should do. After being a stay-at-home mom for a couple years, I really want to go back to work and do something that I love not I should. I always dreamt about working in a fashion industry when I was teenager, I just wasn’t sure how I was going to get there. When I saw that Luxe Du Jour was hiring a Sales Representative, I believed that’s the position that I dream of.

2. The best investment I have made of luxury handbag

It must be a Chanel 2.55 Reissue! I bought it in 2011, at that time it was under 5k. How could you imagine that prices go up crazy these days. If you are interested in buying any luxury handbag that will increase in value years and years, I would love to share.

3. My tricks of styling 

I always love to experiment with clothes, and style outfits from head to toe. As a person who likes classic and timeless style, I prefer to invest in clothing made with nice materials and neutral colors that will last well into the next decades. Mix and match them with some trendy pieces, that way I still look classic yet on trend.

4.Things that make me happy

Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends, family and dogs. I enjoy camping, hiking and paddle boarding in the summer or skiing in the winter, but I also like to play with my Lego or puzzles on those days I don’t want to go outside. As a huge fan of Lego, I love decorating my home with my Lego collection.

5. Things that I love to make my clients happy 

When I became a Sales Representative, I jumped right in this position, and can’t wait to share my knowledge of designer goods and assist my clients to find their best pieces. Either by taking additional photos and videos or even virtual viewing, I would love to make you happy and feel confident of your shopping experience at Luxe Du Jour.
