6. Pink Crocodile Hermes Birkin

This fuchsia pink collectible was reported to have been auctioned off in 2015 for $223,000 USD, and has an 18 carat white gold hard wire.

The Himalaya Birkin retail value varies, but has been reported to be sold for anywhere between $293,000 to $432,000 USD. It features rare white crocodile skin, gold hardware, and over 200 encrusted diamonds. Only one or two of these bags are produced by Hermes each year, making it a very rare find.

2. Hermes Rose Gold & Diamond Birkin by Pierre Hardy

Pierre Hardy created only three models of this Birkin that is made entirely of rose gold, and is studded with 2,100 diamonds. It retails for a hefty price tag of $1.9 million USD, but given its rarity, its resale value probably exceeds its original price.

Created by the Japanese designer Ginza Tanaka, this bag has been created entirely out of platinum, with 2,000 diamonds covering its surface. It has a retail value of $1.9 million USD. This beauty features a removable diamond strap that can be worn as a bracelet or necklace, along with a single 8-carat pear shaped diamond clasp that can be removed and worn as a brooch.
