Account Manager
Responsibility
- Promoting the brand Luxe Du Jour
- Act as the main point of contact for the wholesale division and other needs of the Business Development team
- Nourishing relationship/communicate with existing partners/vendors to address their needs through text, whatsapp, and email
- Manage and fulfill orders submitted by vendors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of inventory to our vendors
- Work with content creator to fulfill vendor’s wishlist when needed
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Weekly update to Business Development on areas of growth and improvement
- Weekends and responding to messages outside of work hours may be required
- Prospect and find new leads
Skills
- In depth bag knowledge specifically to Chanel, LV, Dior, Hermes, Celine, Givenchy, Prada, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chloe, Balenciaga, Valentino, and Goyard. Watch knowledge an asset.
- Customer Relationship and B2B sales experience with proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
