At Luxe Bag Spa, we restore and revive luxury handbags for our own clients, as well as clients of Luxe Du Jour. Artistic interest or talent is a very big component of this job, as this is a hands on job that offers lots of opportunity to advance your career!
Luxe Bag Spa was founded in 2018 by the CEO of parent company Luxe Du Jour. Since then, Luxe Bag Spa has tripled its original profit, and its goal is to continue this growth on an upward trend. Luxe Du Jour, Luxe Bag Rental and Luxe Bag Spa are all located in the same head office in Downtown Calgary. As a whole, each company works directly with each brand under the Luxe umbrella.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Restoration services including colouration, gold plating, cleaning, etc on luxury handbags
- Quoting and providing price estimates for services
- Learning about & promoting the Luxe Bag Spa product line
- Surpassing or achieving goals set each month
- Tracking and organizing incoming & outgoing bags
- Confidently assisting walk in clients looking to get information and cost estimates for services
- Responding to client inquiries & resolving client issues as they arise
- Ensure alignment with the Luxe Du Jour company mission
- Finding external clients & new leads through marketing on social media channels
- Brainstorming & executing campaigns to promote products and services
Bonus Skills
- Interest in designer fashion or handbags
- Experience working with leather or fabric
- Skills in sewing or jewellery making
- Management or leadership experience
- Experience in graphic design
