As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients looking to get a consignment quote for their luxury bags and accessories. You will be responsible for procuring Luxe Du Jour inventory by providing consignment quotes both over email and in person, processing and photographing new arrivals, reaching out to current and future consignment clients to answer their questions and procure inventory, prospecting and finding new consignment clients, and analysing current inventory to determine inventory strategy. In this role, you will work closely with a talented and diverse team as the Luxe Du Jour companies expand across North America!
Skills:
- MUST have Knowledge of high end designer handbags (Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Fendi, Dior, etc)
- Understanding of the fashion industry, and current trends, particularly as it relates to luxury handbags
- Detail oriented & thorough
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly
- Comfortable talking on the phone with clients & assisting clients in person to provide consignment quotes on the spot
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and pivot quickly
- Analytical mindset & enjoys conducting research
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Buying / procurement experience is a bonus
