Luxe Du Jour is currently at a fast scaling phase and looking for talented team members to grow exponentially with the company. The company offers immense amount of potential growth for their staff that can produce results.
This position is an in office position based in Irvine, California. Candidates must live in the area or be able to commute to the office, Monday to Friday (18575 Jamboree Road #360, Irvine, California, 92612, USA).
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience required

- Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)/Creating Instagram posts, hosting live on Instagram, etc.

DUTIES:
- Greeting clients & managing client appointments
- Shipping and receiving packages
- Organizing and managing inventory
- Organize and update information within company systems
- Accurately and quickly enter data for documentation purposes & maintain documentation for the team
- Maintain overall cleanliness & organization of the office
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required
